Returns Policy

OurTownz aims to provide the highest quality products and services. If for any reason you receive a faulty product  from OurTownz,  OurTownz will replace the product(s), offer you a store credit or full refund.  If you order an incorrect size of garment, provided it is returned in its original condition including all swing tags attached,  OurTownz will replace the garment with the correct sizing, subject to stock availability. The product(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving them. All delivery costs of a sizing exchange are the buyers’ responsibility.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive. New Zealand Delivery. All delivery within New Zealand is $5 for standard post and $10 for 1st class delivery whereby a signature is required. Delivery can be free if certain thresholds which are stated on the website at that time are met. If you request unsigned delivery, OurTownz accepts no responsibility for the product(s) once they reach the destination. Delivery will take approximately 2-3 working days depending on availability of stock. If any products are required to be back ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible by e-mail.

Global Delivery

Any overseas delivery will be quoted upon ordering. OurTownz Industries does not accept any responsibility for taxes or customs charges you may incur.

Any personal information received by us is confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties for any reason, unless required by law. The purpose for collecting information is to enable OurTownz to monitor usage of this web site and to inform you of possible matters of interest at OurTownz. OurTownz may also use this information to compile statistical data relating to the use of this web site.
