Loyalty points: We have set up a loyalty scheme to reward our most loyal of customers. You earn points on every dollar spent (1 dollar = 1 point) once you have reached 750 points you become an Ourtownz VIP member entitling you to a 20% discount for life. Our way of saying Thank you.

POINTS

DISCOUNT CODE: In order for you to redeem your discount on your items you must first enter your allocated discount code before final checkout. Your discount code will be emailed to you once you have reached 750 points. If you forget your discount code at any point, simply email us from your email address you used to become a member with and we will resend you out your code. Also If you want to personalise your code simply email us your requested new code from your membership email address.

SHIPPING: Your shipping costs are affected by your loyalty points, check out the shipping page for more details but for example once you have reached VIP status your shipping throughout NZ is free for any order made.
